There are places that offer physician assistant training. To get physician assistant training you should check community colleges websites. Many will offer vocational training.
North Carolina A&T State University offers Vocational Nurse Training in Greensboro, NC. University of North Carolina at Greensboro also offers Vocational Nurse Training in Greensboro, NC.

There is only one dental school in Wisconsin. It is at Marquette University and the website is dental.mu.edu. Vocational training schools offer some dental assistant training courses as well.
