It depends on how long ago the felony is and wether or not it is a violent crime. Some will not hire a felon under no circumstance, some companies do on a case by case basis, and some in 5-7-10 year increments.

Any company which doesn't require you to have a hazmat endorsement, go into Canada, or get a TWIC card. Go to your nearest truck stop. In the driver's area, there'll be various free publications in which entry level companies will advertise. Call them, and ask them what their stance is in regard to your past offenses.

A felon can get one in their legal state of residence. Your prospects of finding employment as a CDL driver with a felony conviction aren't particularly hopeful, though.
