Really outstanding person in the ATT phone number porting department. This had become quite an ordeal and then I happened to get exactly the right person in one of my calls. She knew exactly what she needed to do, then she conferenced on the other provider and did not end our phone call until the problem was completely resolved. (no one else had done that. I wish I remembered her name).
