If the sun were to suddenly disappear, the Earth would continue traveling in a straight line at a constant velocity, moving off into space. Without the sun's gravitational pull, the planets would no longer orbit it, resulting in a drastic change in temperature and the eventual freezing of our planet.

If by "disappears" you mean ends its life cycle then, no, you wont be able to see the Moon. Mostly because by the time the Sun is gone the Earth would have been swallowed long ago and we would all be dead!
