What qualities do you think a pioneer needed?

To be ambitious enough to go for it even if they feel they are not ready. It's not all about skills it's more about the person's spirit that makes them crazy enough to venture into the unknown with a big dream in mind.

You hear about being hardworking, dedicated and being smart along the way but you see being a pioneer it's all about defining yourself and to prove to the rest of the world that you made the impossible - I'm-possible.

Skills/talent is something we inherit naturally which we find easy while others struggle to apply it so in other words if you can find what you are good at and become an expert in that particular field you're already half way there, you just need to dream big and be determined to achieve it.
