I currently work for albertsons as a grocery manager, and in my opinion the only real experience you need is a good attitude and a good work ethic. What we do really isn't that difficult. I have always been taught hire for attitude and train for skill. I can teach anyone the grocery business, but i cant teach someone to have a good attitude or how to work hard.
You need to be at least 18 years old, have a valid drivers license, apply and pass the interview process. Many drivers at DHL start in the warehouse as package handlers, then work their way up be driving.
