Job takes 60 mandays + 80 boy days or 52 mandays + 96 boydays. Thus 8 man days = 16 boydays so 2 boydays = 1 manday. This means that 7 mandays and 10 boydays is equivalent to 12 mandays. The job requires 60 + 80/2 ie 100 mandays so it would require 8 and a third days.
no of trainees X no of hours spent in training
6000 mandays
To calculate mandays lost due to a strike, first determine the number of employees participating in the strike and the duration of the strike in days. Multiply the number of striking employees by the number of days they were absent from work. The formula is: Mandays Lost = Number of Striking Employees × Duration of Strike in Days. This provides the total mandays lost due to the strike.
Mandays, also known as man-days or person-days, refer to the amount of work one person can complete in a single day. It is often used in project management and labor estimation to quantify the total effort required for a task or project. For example, if a project requires 10 mandays, it implies that ten days of work from one person, or a proportionate amount of work from multiple people, is needed to complete it. This metric helps in planning resources and scheduling tasks effectively.
I'd imgaine in the region of 3-4 hours but of course, he will not be sprinting everyday...resistance training, endurance, conditioning etc
If the earth isn't too rocky or hard-compacted, it should not be too much of a challenge to complete that job in about 1/2 hour = 0.0625 man-day.
