Anyone can petition the court for a restraining order but it makes no sense to ask for one against an employee who works for you. How could business possibly be conducted if the boss and the employee were prohibited by the court from communicating with one another?The question would make more sense if it were worded, "...against an EX-employee."
Most business use Group life insurance. Group life insurance is one of those non-monetary or feel good benefits company's provide their employees. For as long as someone works for the company, depending on their salary and grade, they are insured for a certain amount. The company bears the premium payment and the insurance proceeds are paid by default to the survivor of the employee. If I were an employee, I would prefer a company that offers a higher group insurance.

It would be best to search local directories and seek out a company (three in total) and approach them for quotes, service prevision and insurances to do the job. All company claim to be the best - Ignore this and get information plus reviews on the ones you feel are right for you, your budget and for the task you wish performed.
