$27,456, full-time.

The simplest way to quickly estimate the conversion is to multiply the hourly rate by 2,000, (double the number and add three zeros) the standard number of working hours in a year. You will typically have at least 5 holidays, perhaps more depending on the industry. You will have to subtract any days off for sickness and unpaid vacations and working overtime will also have an effect.

in a 40 hour work week, and paid biweekly,

the gross pay is 19/hour x 40hour/week x 2weeks

= 1520

less deductions

you may need to try the calculator linked below to estimate the salary if you have more details like overtime, deductions like taxes, etc.

There needs to be a bit more to the question. Are you talking 19.40 an hour with 40 hours a week? Or will there be overtime? And if so, how much and how much more do you get paid if you DO work overtime? Or are you asking how much is 19.40 an hour for twenty-four hours a day every day of the year?

Given that is is a straight 40-hour work week, the yearly gross salary would be $40, 560. Obviously overtime would play a factor into that if any way worked.

For full-time (40 hours/wk) it would be $41,371.20 per year.
