A female butler is called a "butler." Gender doesn't change the job title, honey. Just like a female doctor is still called a doctor. So, if you're looking for a fancy term, you can say "lady's maid" or "house manager," but let's keep it simple and call her a butler.

A female butler is traditionally referred to as a "butleress" or a "female butler." However, the term "butler" is historically gender-neutral, so a female butler may simply be called a "butler." In modern times, the term "butler" is often used regardless of gender to refer to a person who manages household affairs and provides service in a formal setting.

Historically, a butler was a male and a housekeeper was a female even though both shared many of the same duties. Some people might argue that a female butler should be called a maid or housekeeper, but those jobs do not accurately describe the all the duties of a butler. Perhaps a personal valet or estate manager would be a more appropriate generic titles for the job.
