What do you hope to gain from working for our company?

The opportunity to work in this company presents an enlightening proposition for me to learn from some of the best minds in the field. I am hoping to be equipped with the skills and knowledge to move forward in my career. I also welcome the opportunity to network with other professionals in my field. I would like to learn how they dealt with some of the issues I have and am encountering as a new comer to the field. The experiences may differ by a few degrees, however, the underlying issues remain the same.

People hope to get a wide range of things out of jobs. Namely, a paycheck...but to also feel like they are doing something worthwhile and to learn.
