In an interview situation this is a normal question alone with what weakness have.

When asked about strenths consider the things that the employer will look for to do specifically withh the job role. For instance many strenths are classsed as "transferable skills". This can be "the ability to work well in a team". Have an example of you do this really well, it could be in a sports situation or for a prenet or past employer where youve worked with one of more people to get a very important job done perhaps against the clock. Other strengths are being a quick learner and the ability to learn new techniques really quickly, communicating with internal or external customers where you have given good and exceptional service so that people have seen a benefit. Always before an interview find what the role applied for is all about and look at instances in your life where you could meet the requirement and remeber these ready to be asked. Dont forget it may be youve not worked before (first job) then look around your hobbies for skills that show similar strengths, look at domestic roles youve undertaken

You could talk about how you are an analytical, detail-oriented person. You could also talk about being a motivator and a team player.

Primary strengths would be reliability, open-minded, strong work ethic, etc. Basically any positive attribute about someone is considered a great primary strength.
