Human resource motivation does improve organizational productivity, if employees are well remunerated, with good salaries, wages, bonuses, and other fringed benefits such as housing allowance, medical allowances, pay in lieu of leave, time off etc.... this motivation drives an employee to work as if it where his company, and thus in the long run organizational out put increases with increasing productivity. Also, many H.R jobs are simple and can be conducted by poor and illiterate people, thus providing them a means to survive.

There are many reasons which twist an organization towards down fall, one of them is Lacking Modernized techniques to cop the problems which are faced by Laboure during producation period. Labour may be educated all that within 06 months time span and may be provided an atmosphere to perform new tehniques. increase in daily wages/salaries, Health facilities, Yearly based bounses etc.
