Im not sure what you're asking, but a good answer ideas are as follows. Use big, educated words. Look at the two following answers and see how they compare. "What's great about you?" Answer 1: "I worked with people at my old job and was good at it." Answer 2: "I have experience with team-work at my former employment and was very succesful." Obviously Answer 2 was more desireable and sounds better, although Answer 1 was good, Answer 2 was more effective and jumped out at you and grabbed your attention more. Also, try to incorperate your experience with certain qualities that pertain to the job you are applying for. Hope this helped!
Focus on something really positive that you have accomplished and try to figure out what qualities you have as a person that enabled you to do it.
For example, if you were able to help solve differences between two of your friends it may be because you have strong communication and analytical skills.
