Its only good if you are a tolerable person and you like talking to people. Me personally, it's hard caring for someone I don't know who doesn't care either or pretending to be nice to someone who doesn't deserve it. Customers nowadays feel entitled, but want no responsibility for their actions. Some may forget that you are a human being too and being nasty to you. However it can be rewarding if you a person that likes to help those with issues and see them turn out satisfying. And there are nice people out there. But those are basically the only benefits in working customer service. Pay may vary.
