my brother worked as a cleaner, he got that stressed out at work he was physically sick, his employer did not care for his well-being, he ended up quiting his job and now he is finanally insecure, not able to claim any money from dole.
depression and stress is a killer and should be taken seriously, you may need to research this, if u do feel stressed ur doctor can put you on sick with a sick note, whilst u go to conselling. and u still get paid as well
