in my opinion it depends on the age group.
If it is a young group as in 4-6 or so,(this works well if they know how to share), do group activtites to help bond and it usally helps.
When older like 9-12 or so,(helps if you put with people they work well with), Encourage good team work scold fights, bulling, or any violent or agressiveness between team members.(IF ANY CONFLICT IMMEDIATELY SEPERATE)(conflict as in violence)
ANd when working with teens same as 9-12 but i suggest a reward or so for the best working team as so with ALL AGES
Hope this helps you :)
Psychologist, B.W Tuckman in the 1970s, developed this model and Tuckman suggests that there are four team
development stages that teams have to go through in order to be productive. The four stages are:
Forming when the team meets and starts to work together for the first time.
Storming, when the members within the team start to "jockey" for position and when control struggles take place.
Norming when rules are finalised and accepted and when team rules start being adhered to.
Performing when the team starts to produce through effective and efficient working practices.

To fit into an existing team you need to learn how it operates. You also need to memorize names and understand everybody's role in the team. Volunteering for projects and involving yourself with various activities within the existing team can help you fit in as well.
no they don't you need a shim to make them fit the forks
