Such questions are fairly typical of those you will be presented with when applying for a job
As with most things, it is all about preparation. If you fail to prepare then be prepared to fail. There are many 'standard' questions. There are no standard answers as most are asking about you personally. Because of that no one but yourself can answer many of the questions you will be asked. Think about such questions in advance and have your answers ready. There are many sources of the type of questions you may be presented with. The internet and your local library being the main ones. Be positive; do not repeat what you have read in books or on the Internet. By all means read sample answers but do not repeat them verbatim. The person interviewing you will have read all those answers too.
There is more to having a successful job interview than just answering the questions asked. Many would say much more. First impressions count for far more than many realise.
Dress for the part. Be punctual and polite. Listen to what is being said. Answer only the question asked. (Don't ramble)
With whatever your key achievements in the job were. It's a fairly straightforward question.
If you did something that resulted in a tangible (positive) impact on the business, list that by all means, with specifics. If the guy who had your job before you sold one widget, and you sold two, "Increased widget revenue 100%" would be a key achievement.
We're not suggesting that you lie; to the contrary, you should be scrupulously honest (as with everything else on the job application). However, this is really an invitation for you to brag about anything that you actually did do, so don't be afraid to blow your own horn a bit. If you developed anything, or improved anything, or changed some process to be (even a litttle) more efficient (you asked your boss if you could use a wheelbarrow to move bags of manure, and this allowed you to move 25 bags per hour from the stockroom to the floor while everyone else carried them by hand and moved 20 per hour ... "Pioneered the use of technology to improve transportation efficiency 25%")... mention it!
You need to be prepared for questions like: What do you consider to be your most significant accomplishment's and/or improvements in the past 12 months. Think about events in your ordinary life, whether you are a student or new graduate. Some ideas might be:
Employers are not upset that people make mistakes. Employers look for how you turned it around, what you did to improve, and how you did it. If you can only say "Mom wanted me to study harder", it doesn't have as much impact as a goal YOU set for yourself. "I had a problem--but this is what I did about it."
Listing your achievements can be very beneficial. You should list all major awards you have received, especially ones that can relate to the job you are applying for.
To effectively list some of your achievements in your current accounting job role, you need to focus on the relevant achievements. This would be a good inclusion in your current resume.

The key targets and achievements vary based on the organization you work for. For some organizations reaching a certain level of customer service surveys is an achievement.
When creating a professional resume for post-graduation job applications, key elements to consider include showcasing relevant skills and experiences, emphasizing academic achievements, customizing the resume for each job, and seeking assistance from resume writing services to ensure it aligns with industry standards and effectively highlights qualifications.
When asked what your achievements and failures are, do not list many failures. List achievements that are relevant to the job, such as completing a task early or getting a client that no one else could get.
Please refer to the question below on this site, where I answered it: What are your 3 major achievements this year and why do you think they are important for you and the business as a whole?
I would rank them in order of importance to the job you are applying for. Look at the skills you want to highlight and match your achievements to them.
Major achievements in life differ from person to person. However, some major achievements in life could be the birth of children, being successful at a job, or maintaining happiness.
A person may list the main achievements in their current role on their resume. This can assist in getting a new job placement.
