No. Although your passing score on the CPA Exam is accepted in every state, each state has it's own licensure requirements in addition to passing the exam. A candidate must determine their state's requirements and apply individually to that state. Some states offer reciprocity once licensed in another state but that isn't always the case. For example, I am licensed in California but can not obtain reciprocity from Nevada until I meet their education requirements which are different in some instances from California (California's education requirements differ depending on the level of experience one has). Most states require 150 undergrad credits.
