It is not possible to work a full time job and go to med school full time unless you are studying during the day and working overnight. This is not wise as your body will burn out. You might want to consider part time work while studying full time.

Yes you can but you are limited to the amount of hours you can work and what day's you can work if you are in full time education. Speak to your local council and they can advise as they issue work permits which you may need depending on the kind of work you want to do. If you wish to leave school, speak to your guidance teacher and they will advise you if you can leave school and attend college. It all depends on when your birthday is.You can't leave full time education ( school or college) to work full time.

A typical Associates degree takes 2 years full time. If you are working full time as well, it can take longer. The school may have requirements about the length of time that can be taken to complete the course work. The school catalog or an advisor can give you the full answer for a specific school.
I'm sure you could work your school and work schedule around each other but it would be very difficult i would recommend that you do one part time. In my opinion if you have a position on a paid fire department i would go to school part time so you keep your full time spot as a firefighter.
about 3 hours of school time for kindergarten
If you can balance the work and the study, yes! It is hard to work full time and go to school as well.
