Well, they could, but it would have to be very special circumstances before it would make any sense. In practical terms the only ones who might actually benefit are top athletes training very hard, they can reach a point where they spend so much energy in training that it actually becomes difficult for them to get all that back through normal foods. For the rest of us, the opposite is usually true - a muffin for instance will take about two hours to walk off. I can use myself as an example - riding a bike to work means that I burn about 50% more calories/day than the average. Yet I have no trouble at all maintaining my weight on a perfectly regular diet, no protein drinks, no powders, no nothing.
Yes, that is not a problem. I bring big bags of protein powder that I mix with water on the airplane to make a protein shake. I travel about 5 times a year and it's never been a problem.
13 year-olds should have about 34 g protein each day, and 14 to 18 year-olds, about 46 g
There aren't any protein powders specifically designed or aimed at 14 year olds, but whey protein would be completely safe for 14 year olds, since its basically derived from cheese. Insure it is just whey protein your buying though as some powders may have things in that would be dangerous to 14 year olds (mainly testosterone boosters)
Yes, they can. But they or anyone should only take how much it reccomends use of more can possibly not work or cause damage to the muscles.
No......
Give them soy milk unless you want your kids to have health problems in the future. For a 8-year-old child you can use whey protein in low doses even using soy milk is good but it does not have enough efficacy.
Do lots of reps with light weights and eat about 80 grams of protein a day
Rental car companies do not rent cars to 16 year olds, so they would not allow them to take their cars on a road test.
Yes, but take the minimum dosage.
Yes.
The DSS policy on 5 year olds and 2 year olds involves regulation of day care centers.
$350.00 for 15-17 year olds $65.00 for 18 -24 year olds
