They are itchy, reddened, mostly circular areas on the skin where bedbugs have done their biting.
First, find the source of the bedbugs and get rid of it! The bites will eventually heal and go away. Calamine Lotion (used for poison ivy, may alleviate the itching. Just like any would, they have to heal.
