Ummm, isn't normal to be afraid of leeches? Anyway, you desensitize yourself to them. Watch them from a distance, then after that works out OK, then watch them closer. When that works OK, watch them from up close. This might take weeks for each level.
When you can watch them up close, then have someone hold one so you can quickly touch it. When this works out OK after several or many times, then have someone place a leech on your skin for a few seconds, but not enough that it will start to suck on you. That's about it. To help you through these different levels, you will probably gain from taking deep breaths to relax. The more relaxed you are, the less you will be afraid.

They don't cure anything. In fact they hurt you. The suck your blood and can cause an infection. Plus most are in cold waters and you cant feel them because they have a speacial venom. Don't use it. IN THE OLD TIMES THE USED LEECHES TO TRY TO TAKE AWAY BAD BLOOD FROM PEOPLE! THE PEOPLE DIED!

Did you mean anti-phobia? A phobia is a kind of fear that can sometimes render someone from doing certain things because of it. For example someone with herpetophobia has a fear of reptiles/amphibians and will avoid them at all costs. Anti-phobia is the act of trying to cure the phobia and may be the term used to refer to an anti-phobia pill or suppressant. Anti-phobia could also be seen as anti-fear.
