A man here in Thailand ate a centipeded about a week ago. He lived for about five minutes. Another man in Florida this week ate a bunch of bugs, including quite a few worms, as one of 30 contestants in a contest to see who could eat the most bugs. He won the contest, but died within several minutes, though none of the other contestants took ill. Quite obviously, one or more of these worms was a centipede. So, now you know what happens if you eat a centipede.

Nothing.

The area bitten will just be itchy, probably for the whole day.
