All Spiders carry venom that can cause anything from localised pain to death in humans depending on the species and individual reactions to the venom. Unfortunetly the "Zebra Spider" is a common named used for several different types so the scientific name would be needed to get a conclusive answer.
No. I live in Michigan and its most likely a jumping (Zebra) spider or a parsons spider. The only two poisonous spiders we have to worry about are the Northern Black Widow and the (rare) Brown Recluse.
