No, the worst harm it does to humans is when it eats crops and causes famine

The Locusts can not kill you directly. Their appearance is more intimidating than anything but they do not harm you directly. They are part of the grasshopper family. They do however, harm you indirectly through eating the vegetation for which provides us the food we eat. With swarms of locusts they can travel long distances, for long periods of time. In turn, eating a vast area of our vegetation. Causing famine. Locusts have caused problems before but the most resent time was the swarm of 1988. They are the biblical bugs.

Of course they can't. They may eat anything but they know when something isn't supposed to be eaten!

Locusts don't harm humans, but there is evidence that they carry a dangerous disease that could harm humans.
