Windsor Castle. The surgeon attending Nelson extracted it and had it set in a crystal/gold locket, which his elder brother eventually (10 June 1844) offered to Queen Victoria and she accepted - her secretary wrote on 12 June 'Windsor Castle would certainly be the proper place for its deposit.' (reported in Nautical Magazine 1844 p 514)
