There was some joke that her first official ( Royal) task or appointment was changing or fixing the bedroom furnishings. this was after she was Queen-Designate in I guess l836, she was crowned in l837, century before the Electra project. obviously Ladies in Waiting ( of the Royal bedchamber) did the actual house-maintenance tasks- odd first official pronouncement- ladies In waiting0- Fix her Majesty"s Bed!
