STILL IF A WAR WAS SET OFF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN DISASTROUS FINALLY AFTER A "NAVAL QUARANTINE" BUT REALLY TENSIONS AND "PULLING BACK FROM THE BRINK" CAME AS WE MADE A "SECRET DEAL..... NEVER TO INVADE CUBA, OR HELP ANYONE ELSE" ALSO WE GAVE AWAY, IN A MOVE THAT WAS TO BE "KEPT SECRET" JUPIER MISSLES IN TURKEY IN ABOUT 6 MONTHS, IF THE USSR PULLED OUT ALL MISSLES IN CUBA! SO BASICALLY IT WAS A TRADE, BUT BOTH COUNTRIES WERE ALLOWED TO LIVE ON!!
