Henry VIII loved only those wives who gave him a son.
Princess Mary
Anne Boleyn
Henry VIII was a King that needed an heir I doubt if love had anything to do with the women he married. As it became obvious to him that he could not get an heir from one wive he got himself another.
Henry The VIII Loved All These Things, It Played A Big Part With The Split With Rome. Hope That Helped.
In the second half of 1535.
He wanted to get a divorce with Cathrine of Aragon because he had fallen in love with another woman (and she was having his child so if it was a boy he would become heir and that is what Henry wanted most. also his currentwife couldn't have a child.) The pope didn't let him though, so he took power over the church, destroyed all the monastries and took all the churches money! He was also running short of money so decided to get more from the church! Hope I helped Charlotte Fionda
