Possibly, but nobody knows for sure. However, the king himself did not claim either of Mary's children as his own, as he had done with Henry Fitzroy. Because of this, it is most likely they were not his children.

Facts about Mary Boleyn are hazy but it is generally believed she had a daughter Catherine (b 1524) and a son Henry (b 1526) during her first marriage to William Carey - although both children are believed to have been fathered by Henry VIII. Her second marriage to William Stafford is supposed to have produced a short-lived daughter (named Anne) and a son called Edward (1535-1545). Hope this helps.
