a 12 year old can hump a pillow its fine i recomend as many pillows you want take you bottom cloths off and leve only pants on and put a balankit over the pillows and put a water bottle a full plastic one and go girl it fells so good

What I do is I take my bottoms off plus my pants or underwear whatever you call them and then I keep my top on and then I get my pillow put it between my legs and get the corner or I take the top half of the pillows like sown bit like the hard bit and then I rock back and fourth gently and then hard and then gently and just keep doing that it’s so good trust me!!!
