Bacteria :-
  • They are single-celled organisms .
  • Their cell wall is not made up of cellulose ( mostly , proteins and lipids ) .
  • They don't contain a nucleus , but they contain chromosomes .
  • They can be useful in making cheese and yogurt , or harmful in causing food poisoning , typhoid and tuberculosis .
  • They reproduce by fission ( cell division ) .
Blue-Green Algae :-
  • They are single-celled organisms which either live free or form filaments .
  • The cell wall is not made up of cellulose ( again , mostly proteins and lipids ) .
  • They don't contain nucleus , but they contain chromosomes .
  • They grow in seas , ponds and on wet rocks .
  • Reproduce asexually .
