What do you need to wear to do parkour?

Well, technically parkour can be done anywhere, anytime. With whatever clothes you are wearing.

However, the best clothes for parkour would be anything but jeans, so you have a higher freedom on movement. Something light. Always, whenever possible, wear t-shirts and shorts instead of jackets and pants.

You normally wear a tight fitting leotard or uniform if you are part of a club. If your doing it with friends though you can even a shirt with tracksuit bottoms.
