Why is Santa Claus not true?

Technically he does. He's just dead.

"Santa" is a nickname for a real man known as Saint Nicolas, who was a Bishop from the 4th Century.

Saint Nicolas largely devoted his life to children and orphans, bringing them gifts and food on Christmas Day.

So, Santa, or Saint Nicolas as his real name is, actually does exist, but he's been dead for thousands of years. He is the founding father of gift-giving at Christmas time.

The red outfit that Santa wears however is fictional. Saint Nicolas wore the standard Bishop uniform through his life (which was green). The red outfit was actually invented by Coca-Cola in one of their Christmas adverts, because the colour of Coca-cola is red and green represented one of their rival companies which produced lemonade.

Yes, I personally believe that Santa Claus is not real, but he was real at one point. Back in the day, there really was a man who would go around giving people presents on Christmas. He would knock on people's doors and give the parents the gifts for the children. That's how the Santa Claus myth came about. Unfortunately its our imagination we believe in! But don't worry there may be a Santa in the North pole just awaiting to prove everyone wrong and show everyone that he is real!

Because people with common sense say he isn't real and people who do need to grow up.

People think Santa comes down your chimney and leaves presents but obviously its your parents that do it just to make you happy.

When you are about 13 your parents will tell you the truth that he isn't real.

Its only for children aged 0-10 and you are older like 15 you think he's real you need to get a life ok.

I'm not trying to say you are dumb and believe in some dumb character but its just general knowledge.

Santa Was created in a Coca Cola advert to boost sales.

It is used by parents to get children to do as they ask

E.g-

''Quickly Lauren get into your bed or Santa wont come''

scientists calculated that if santa was real he will have to give presents to 824 houses each second! even the speed of light cant do that (im 9 yrs old)

People saay santa is not real because they thought that their parents gave them the gifts so when they stayed up to watch santa would use magic and turn invisible since they did not believe.
