Yes. Normal chocolate is priced unfairly, so if you paid £1 for a bar of chocolate only 1p would go back to the people who grew, harvested, fermented and packaged the cocoa beans. Fairtrade chocolate gives more money to these people. So, the actual chocolate is the same. The only difference is how fairly the producers in Africa are getting paid
Chocolate is not reserved for only one group of people, anyone can eat chocolate on Easter. To answer your question though, yes, Christians eat chocolate for Easter.

Depending on how you look at it, there can be different "predators" of chocolate. Animals and pests can eat cocoa beans or attack the cacao tree. People are generally the only consumers of chocolate, though.
