Some of the best vacations I have taken during Memorial Day Weekend have been with my family. One year we went to Anaheim for a quick weekend to Disneyland. When in Anaheim we also went to Medieval Times and feasted on good food while watching great entertainment. If you are looking for a place to stay with the family, I heard that Dolphin's Cove II is a great resort close to all the attractions. Also, a couple years back I also went to Scottsdale. My family really enjoyed the Pink Jeep tours and trying new foods like rattlesnake. When in Scottsdale, we stayed at the Scottsdale Links Resort. With many Golf course nearby, hiking trails, and pools that are heated all year long, the Scottsdale Link Resort was a great place for my family and I to stay and Scottsdale was a perfect long weekend vacation.
