A white petticoat is worn , over that is a red dress , then over that there's another kind of dress - long sleeved red and black small check pattern that buttons only from the neck to the hips so you can see the red dress underneath.
Over that a small black and white check apron with lace trim , and a shawl pinned in the middle with a daffodil , and a Tall black hat.

I know for a fact that people in Wales are called Welsh.
The part of E.T. in E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial was played by...a puppet. Or more accurately, many different puppets. The voice was provided by Pat Welsh, with assistance from Steven Spielberg and Debra Winger. Winger is also an extra in the trick or treat scene - she is carrying a poodle.
You can say "I am Welsh" by simply stating "I am Welsh" in English. In Welsh, you would say "Cymraeg ydw i" (I am Welsh).
The costume was worn by three different people. Two little people, named Tamara De Treaux, and Pat Bilon; as well as a child who was born without legs, named Matthew De Meritt all wore the costume at some point in the film. Pat Welsh provided the voice for the character.
Welsh dragon in Welsh is "draig Goch".
'gyda dy Gymraeg di' is 'with your Welsh'
The Welsh word for "Welsh" is Cymraeg :)
"Na" is the word for "no" in Welsh.
