Easy. She probably wants something that is in.

1.) Depends if it's a birthday.

-- she would probably want her friends w/her so you could probably take them to the movies, or the mall

-- another option is to make something really delicious with candy, ice cream chips (involved) mainly junk food

-- have a house party w/music and chips

2.) accessories

-- a girl this age absolutely LOVES accessories

-- you could buy her like hoop earings(2-3 packs), or belts (like six), or scarves, or necklaces

3.) mix-match accessories

-- 2 scarfs

-- 2 necklaces

--1 cute belt

-- 1 pair of hoops

4.) Also w/ accessories buy her some makeup

This is very inexpensive. All together this might cost $25-$28 dollars.
