The very first Patriots day is when the battles of Lexington and Concord occurred sometime in 1775 somewhere in Boston. To this day, Patriot's day has been known to commemorate the battles fought between the two factions on that day.

The only "patriots day" I know is July 4th. I know Trump was suppose to have done an executive order for a new holiday, but only congress can create a holiday.
