No. The 4th of July is American because that is when the Declaration of Independence was signed. I was in England one 4th and myself and other Americans did celebrate the 4th. We were wished "Happy 4th of July" by the British.

No, England does not celebrate the Fourth of July. They do not celebrate for the same Independence Day reasons that the US does. The US gained their independence from Great Britain on July 4, 1776.
