According to my desktop calendar, July will have five Fridays and Saturdays (and even some Thursdays) in 2016, 2021, 2022, 2027,2032, 2033, etc...
If you look at http://www.timeanddate.com/calendar/monthly.html?year=2021&month=7&country=1 you will see that 2021, 2027, 2032 do not have 5 Sundays. The other years 2016, 2022, 2033 do have 5 Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
You are little confused since your first parahraph discusses Fridays and Saturdays, in which case 2021 and 2022 do indead have 5 Fridays and 5 Saturdays in July. In paragraph two above, you begin talking about Sundays
and which years in which July will 5 each of Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Every month with 31 days will have 5 instances of the first 3 days in the month. This will repeat in a 5-6-5-11 year cycle and then repeat. So it should be 2016, 2022, 2033, 2039, 2044, 2050, 2056 - don't forget to consider leap year which will cause a 1 day shift.
actually 2005 had 5 Fridays Saturdays and Sundays in July
Never.
This happens in any 31-day month starting on Friday (such as July 2005).

Prior to this year, July had five Fridays and five Saturdays in 2010.
More like every 28 years, I think.

Why 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays and 5 Sundays don't occur every 823 yearsMore About Special DatesDate Pattern CalculatorSpecial Calendar Dates10/10/10, October 10, 201011/11/11, November 11, 2011The 823 year mythThe Truth is…The first three weekdays of any 31-day month are repeated 5 times within that month. So, any month that has 31 days and begins on a Friday has 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays, and 5 Sundays. And this happens much more often than every 823 years. Have a look at our calendars and take it to the test!Proof in cold print: July 2011 and July 2834 are not even the same.Repeating CalendarsThe next time that the 2011 calendar repeats itself is in the year 2022, which is only 11 years later. What's more, a calendar month that contains 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays and 5 Sundays occurs nearly every year: Both July 2011 and March 2013 have 5 Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The next July with same days as July 2011 is July 2016. It does not repeat after 823 years at allEven the claim that the year 2834 has the same calendar as the year 2011 is false (see picture). For instance, July 2011 has 5 Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. 823 years later, July 2834 has 5 Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. That is a 5th Monday instead of a 5th Friday.Variations of the urban myth:This year July has 5 Fridays 5 Saturdays and 5 Sundays. This happens once every 823 years. This is called money bags. This year, July has 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays and 5 Sundays. This happens only once every 823 years. This year October will have 5 Sundays, 5 Mondays and 5 Saturdays. Only happens every 823 years…How recurring calendar months workEvery year has 7 months with 31 days. Each of these 7 months has three weekdays of which there are 5. There are 7 different days a month can start on. So on average, over time, each combination happens once yearly. But for each individual year, there are only 6 of 7 combinations, and two 31-day months start on the same weekday. In a common/regular year, January and October look the same. In a leap year, January and July look the same.5 of the same day in one month in 2011Days that occur 5 times, on these dates:1 / 8 / 15 / 222 / 9 / 16 / 233 / 10 / 17 / 2431 day month29th of month30th of month31st of monthCommentsJanuary 20115 Saturdays5 Sundays5 MondaysSame as OctoberMarch 20115 Tuesdays5 Wednesdays5 ThursdaysMay 20115 Sundays5 Mondays5 TuesdaysJuly 20115 Fridays5 Saturdays5 SundaysAugust 20115 Mondays5 Tuesdays5 WednesdaysOctober 20115 Saturdays5 Sundays5 MondaysSame as JanuaryDecember 20115 Thursdays5 Fridays5 SaturdaysNot occurring in 2011: A month with 5 Wednesdays, 5 Thursdays, 5 Fridays5 of the same day in one month in 2012Days that occur 5 times, on these dates:1 / 8 / 15 / 222 / 9 / 16 / 233 / 10 / 17 / 2431 day month29th of month30th of month31st of monthCommentsJanuary 20125 Sundays5 Mondays5 TuesdaysSame as JulyMarch 20125 Thursdays5 Fridays5 SaturdaysMay 20125 Tuesdays5 Wednesdays5 ThursdaysJuly 20125 Sundays5 Mondays5 TuesdaysSame as JanuaryAugust 20125 Wednesdays5 Thursdays5 FridaysOctober 20125 Mondays5 Tuesdays5 WednesdaysDecember 20125 Saturdays5 Sundays5 MondaysNot occurring in 2012: A month with 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays, 5 Sundays
There is no special name for that. Note that this can't happen for June - June only has 30 days. For months with 31 days, this is fairly common; on average, one in every seven years has (for example) a July with these properties.
