We usually say "Wesołych Świąt" but this may also refer to any holidays and/or festive days / festivals, like New Year, Easter, Constitution Day etc, as it means "Merry/Happy Festive/Holy Days". If you want to be more precise, you'd say "Wesołych Świąt Bożego Narodzenia"
