The night before your birthday at school:
1) Do all homework the night before so you're not worrying about getting a detention or anything on your birthday
2) Don't search for presents or balloons or anything (You'll ruin the suprise!)
3) Have a bath or shower and wash your hair (Save time in the morning)
4) Prep things you would normally do in the morning (E.g: Make your lunch, pack your bag etc)
5) Pack an extra bag to put in extra presents your friends at school give you (Keep it medium / small sized as you don't want to take in a big bag and only receive a couple, it could make you look like you were expecting a lot and you could seem ungrateful)
6) Don't expect things, things will seem a lot better if you don't expect a lot
7) Prepare a food stash to keep you awake throughout your long day at school
8) Make sure your plans for the big day are sorted - confirm your party is still on / make sure to check with your family if friends are coming over etc
BUT REMEMBER! Although it's nice to have friends over sometimes your family will want to spend time with you, allow time for everyone to make your day feel extra special
9) Set your alarm slightly earlier so you have plenty of time in the morning and you aren't rushing and you even might have time to open a couple of presents :D
- Go to bed earlier aswell so you don't lose any sleep
10) When you wake up in the morning enjoy yourself!
No you can't. The prep for a colonoscopy doesnt allow you to have any solids or liquids the night before the exam.
I wouldn't - it tends to dry out and lose it's customary crispness.
he has a prep talk with his team
Rather than cramming in all of your SAT online preparation in one night before the test, you should do a little bit of work each night for a few weeks. This will make it so that you actually take in and understand the material. You will not be so overwhelmed. This will help you to remember the things that you have been studying when you sit down and they put the test before you.
Prep
