Before initiating such a prayer you might want to consider if the party is a secular or religious party. Many secular "Christmas" parties are about Yule, the solstice and the social aspects of Christmas and may be attended by people of various faiths or persuasions or no faith at all. The introduction of a Christian prayer could be uncomfortable for many attendees and mark the person delivering the prayer as insensitive. It might also be uncomfortable for you if you make a 'Let us pray" suggestion and a portion or most of the attendees turn their back on you or just walk away for another eggnog.

A Christmas prayer involves giving thanks for all of the many blessings and wonderful people that you are surrounded with. Acknowledgement of what was sacrificed so that you may have what you have today is often included as well. A thankful and humble prayer is most commonly said at Christmas dinner.
If they view it as a Christmas party then no, as Christmas is not celebrated. But many Witnesses do attend by viewing it instead as an end of year party.
You would say the Lopez's or the Lopez family. e.g. The Christmas party will be at the Lopez's OR The Christmas party will be at the home of the Lopez family OR The Christmas party will be at the Lopez family home.
