Women started wearing business suits as early as the 1930s. These early suits were skirt suits not pants suits that can be found today.
Women still do wear dresses sometimes
Women did not act in Shakesperean time. They could not. Rather, during the Elizabethan era, men acted the roles of women, often wearing dresses and/or wigs to impersonate females.
It depends on the woman. Its a matter of comfort and taste. Its just like asking "Do men like wearing ties?"
There is not a certain age that women should stop wearing mini dresses. It is an individual decision for each woman. If a woman is confident in her body, then she can choose to wear them as long as she wants.

The wearing of white wedding dresses is a tradition that originated from the western countries. White wedding dresses are symbol of wealth which usually used by wealthy women during 20th century.
A lot of men enjoy wearing women's clothing for a variety of reasons. It doesn't necessarily mean they're gay. It's harmless, so enjoy it!
Some pentecostal denominations/sects observe the tradition of women wearing floor-length dresses, as a way of dressing modestly (I Tim. 2:9). Many other pentecostal denominations/sects, while still expecting women to dress modestly, do not require women to wear floor-length dresses.

It's clothing. The question is WHY is a man wearing women's clothing that is important. Is it a Halloween costume? What are the emotions attached to wearing women's clothing. Is the man happy but feels guilt or depression because of a social stigma behind it? This is my opinion as a woman.
