You found a lump near your solar plexus just beneath the chest level. It feels hard doe not seems movable. It is only painful when I pressed it forcefully. Can anyone tell me what it could be?

This is a bone called the xiphoid process. If you push too hard you can break it. If you break it it can fload around inside of you and puncture your liver. If you ever take a CPR class they teach you this. And most anything will hurt if enough pressure is applied.
