A solution is a means of solving a problem or dealing with a difficult situation. It is a way to resolve an issue or achieve a desired outcome.
In order to help or resolve an issue, you have to know what the issue is. Once you know that, it is important to look up similar problems, and get ideas on how to fix the issue.
