Well...Its not always navy blue. In the day time it is baby blue because the Sun is shining on the Ozone layer and its blue which we can see. The ozone layer protects us. With out it, we would get ultraviolet light form the dun and lots OS skin damadge(hints:the point of sun block) The reason its navy blue at night is because the sun goes away(sets) and the Ozone Layer looks dark(black)
