∙ 10y agoThere are two different ways in which a natural born citizen can be created. By American law, all people born on American soil are considered natural born citizens. In addition, people who are born overseas to American parents are also classified as natural born citizens.
The people who were born in Spain but lived in the Spanish American colonies were called peninsulares. They were considered the highest social class in the colonies and held positions of power and authority.

I would Say that homeless people are considered a resident of a state at some point. Most people are not homeless from the day they are born. At some point I would think that someone is born in a hospital with a birth certificate and is claimed as a resident. If they are not considered a resident of a state then would they not be considered a US citizen???

It depends on where the child was born. If the child was born in Mexico, then the child is Mexican. If it was born on America, then it is American. But technically its both. American and Mexican. Its part of their heritage. Just like people are Irish, German, Polish; they dont have to be born there for that to be part of their heritage.
